Cypress Schedules Date for Annual Stockholders' Meeting

Cypress Semiconductor Corp. announced that it will host its Annual Stockholders' Meeting at 10 a.m. PT on Friday, May 13, at Cypress's headquarters, 198 Champion Court in San Jose, Calif.

According to a release, all stockholders interested in attending Cypress's Stockholders' Meeting are encouraged to register by contacting 408-943-2911 no later than Monday, May 2. The CEO's presentation will be broadcast live over the Internet and can be accessed through Cypress's website at cypress.com/investors. Archived presentations will be available for two weeks immediately following the event.
